Are there any good tutorials on installing anti-chop eyes on an E-mag? Also where do you buy seperate ACEs? Would I just buy another gun's eyes (like buy Ego ACEs or something) or are there generic eyes I could get?

Get a L10 bolt and you'll never need eyes no matter how fast your ROF is.....

Thats all up to personal preference. For me, yes, the level 10 is great and I dont need anything else. But because without eyes, the bolt does still make contact with a ball now and then. And no contact is the best contact. truthfully, the only thing that would cause a significant number of breaks in a mag w/ level 10, would be either too brittle of paint in these high pressure guns, or your barrel bore, which has nothing to do with the gun.

As far as I know there are no videos or diagrams on how to install eyes.

Ever since hearing about the X-mag I have wanted to make my E-mag into what is essentially an X-mag. Plus I'm a bit of a performance whore.

Anyways, if there aren't any tutorials on how to get it done, dose anyone know how to do it? I know it's all about running wires from the board to a part, but I'm not sure what I'd need to do that (what wires, how to attach it to the board, where to drill holes, how far to drill them, ect... I'm rnning a warp feed, so I also don't know how I would attach brake beam eyes to it.

you need one of the ACE daughter boards. that function isn't standard on the regular emag board

Who makes the Devil mag? Doesn't that have eyes?

Devil mags WERE made by GA Devil and used TAG Predator boards I think and either hyperframes or 90* frames and were powered by 9V batteries. they did not have the mechanical mode that E-mags do. Because of the different board some did have break beam eyes while X-mags (with a functional ACE board) have a single reflective eye.

GA Devil dropped off the face of the earth a few years back.

Tagsportz.com has PredII universal boards that the Devils Den used in the DevilMag. A properly tuned L10 even on brittle paint will not break. Here is the rolled up dollar bill, paintball, & tounge vide: http://youtube.com/watch?v=u-OwVRD2SOE Now if you can do all that I don't think brittle paint will be a problem. For a eye and predII install tread look here: http://www.automags.org/forums/showthread.php?t=193084
All 5 of my PredII/Xmod/WAS mags don't use eyes even at 20 bps
