I personally prefer the groove trigger, as the groove gives my fingers something to 'hook' on, where as the blade I find my fingers tend to mash together, thus making it uncofortable to me... I'd suggest you try both, or at least simulate the two styles of triggers. As for color, I think the matte black one would look best with your current setup, an alternative is to get your whole 'mag powdercoated a nice color, you can see a sample of RedRiders work via the link below my sig (the black to red fade is his work) do a search for posts by redrider87 on the forums.

I have to go with Xzion here and say the groove trigger just because it feels more comfortable to me.

With the black bodies agd sells does the matte or glossy black go better?

I'd say the matte Intelliframe would go better with the black AGD mainbodies, take a look at my matte Z-Grip with my black AGD mainbody, they go together quite nicely, or so I think at least.

I like stick or blade triggers. It's easier for me to alternate fingers when firing. If you fire with both fingers on the trigger at all times I reccomend the groove.

I prefer the blade trigger, it is easier to shoot with both hands and looks cool!!!!
