Double Shots

I have an x-valve that I jsut started using and when I pull the trigger it sounds like it fires twice and the ocassional air leaking through the barrel, I have made sure the field strip screw is in and tightened. tried new o-rings. Any suggestions?

smaller carrier, remove all shims in the level 10 until you can get it to fire with no leaks...then add shims to remove chugging/chopping
