My collection includes:

- Alien EP Mag (as seen in another thread) :D :shooting: :hail: :D
- Carbon Fibered e-Mag (think CF barrel, grips, baterry pack and hopper) :ninja:
- Pneumag with e-Mag body, Intelliframe and classic rail
- Pump Mag (all classic, no big deal)
- Splashed Classic Mag
- Lapco Grey Ghost (the original one from 1990)
- Splatmaster (made in 1985 or so)
- Crossball (non-working - a Brazilian pump made in 1995)
- Brass Eagle Nightmare (non-working - made in 1987)

I think that's about it. It's a good collection, not too big, with some classics, some nice pumps and really great Mags. The only sad part is the Nightmare. I was playing with it a couple of years ago when it started leaking. I tried to disassemble it but couldn't take the valve of the gun so I just couldn't fix it. I've tryed to get in touch with people at Brass Eagle, sending several e-mails but didn't get any answer. I also tryed looking for a manual on the Internet and also couldn't find it anywhere. And I loved the feel of this gun, you know?

I have one piece which has an unusual part. I have a sniper 2 (autococker pump) that I bought off ebay which has a mainbody with Ion threads for the feedneck. The unusual thing is this gun had to have existed before Ions came out! :wow:

"Ion" threads are the same as Impulse threads but since SP doesn't make the Impulse anymore everyone just calls them Ion threaded.

I have...
A tippmann pro/carbine(first gun) that still shoots awesome.
Pewter RT ULE custom
Old autococker I just got working, want to make it a "tactical" looking pump
and an Impulse which is kickass to shoot.
And almost enough parts to build a green minimag, lol.

You are right.. some of the numbers didn't get recorded down here, so I only have 33 Dallaras "accounted" for here..

I believe that A-Tach should not post his stuff in this thread.

For the reasons of:

1) It will consume so much bandwidth while loading, AO will be sluggish as heck

2) Many of us can only dream of holding his collection in out hands

3) It's just not fair... *Shakes fist at sky* "Why, Why?? What did i do wrong in my past life??"

Nice guns guys!

My only functioning gun as of current is a nickel plated Sheridan P68SC w/ Speed Demon bolt, velocity adjuster, Palmer C/A adapter, Taso muzzle break, PMI grips, some trigger shoe, and a cali-style wire stock.

I also have an iMag that Pneumagger is working on. It's built into a Logic UMF frame. Just waiting on the damned solenoid to arrive. :cuss:

 You, sir, are the man. That wouldn't happen to be a new GTO in the back ground, would it? If it is, and it's yours, you, sir, are THE man.

Much love for the sexy paintballer wife and the rotary car.

My contribution:

I was one of the first people to get the Tac8's, so this was rare when it was taken :p Oh, and that other thing...I think it's a pellet gun or something... :ninja:

The only marker that's older than me. My first pump, and what an outdated hunk of brass it was...making it all the more satisfying to win with it. :headbang:

http://i9.tinypic.com/4uot01h.jpg

My primary marker for the past 2yrs or so. Since the day of its inception to my collection, really. I've put my project semi-auto on the back burner for this marker... Which brings me to...

http://i13.tinypic.com/4mb03dh.jpg

Predator Morlocked, ULT, lvl X, ReTro Hypermag... or QuasiDevilmag :p How do they say, "mows faces?" It's a pure project marker. I tapped the rail to take 1/8npt gas-thru-grips and put a impulse GTG on it. The rail is also milled out for eyes. Luke trigger, I think it is. It's a beast. With a mech. frame and the ULT, the reactivity is nuts. It's easy to squeeze out 3 or 4 shots at an instant. Requires two more trips to the mill and a trip to the anodizers to be complete.

-You can pretty much guarantee that if you see a photo of the original-style Spacemag, in anything other than that one old photo (with the "silencer" and the "laser sight" on top) that it's one of my clones.

Dan found out from the original maker that the first one got sold off and probably thrown away many years ago. Pretty much only the one picture survives. We'll never see the original again.

"Ion" threads are the same as Impulse threads but since SP doesn't make the Impulse anymore everyone just calls them Ion threaded.

Still it is very unusual

-No, it's not. "Angel" threading has been around as long as the Angel, which came out in 1996.

Impulses were originally press-fit necks; actually not quite press fit, but closely fitted with the same type of "glue" they used to use to attach All-American barrel fronts and backs together.

That was a poor method, and SP eventually switched to threaded. By this time, aftermarket feed necks were available for the Angel, so SP went with "Angel" thhreads...

Except they apparently forgot the Angel was metric- M21x0.75 for the feed neck threads. There's an American thread that's close- something like 13/16th-32, as I recall, which is very close, but smaller (thinner sidewalls.) With loose tolerances or some wear, Angel feed necks could be threaded into "Impulse" threaded bodies (the centerfeed shoebox Shockers had the same thread) but usually not vice-versa.

SP may have done it deliberately too- something like Angel threads, without actually being Angel threads. If so, it's a poor choice since the tube walls are thinner and the threads somewhat weaker. (Not that the Angel threads are all that sturdy to start with.)

But the point remains- what are now seen as "Ion" threads started out as Shocker and Impulse threads, and date back to around 2000. It's also possible whoever converted the body (I doubt it's stock WGP) couldn't find a metric Angel tap, and used the somewhat easier to find US-spec thread tap. I know I used it for a while 'til I could find the right one- and even then it had to be custom-ground.

Hey, Doc. About the spacemag, I held it about two years ago. It had just been flown into the states from the UK to finalize its sell.

:ninja: Seriously.
(While it COULD be a clone, I was told it was the original and it looked like the original...so.)

Here is a picture of what it look liked. No barrel shroud, though. At least not when I was drooling on it.

Yes. Never ridden in one, have you? :D Turn off traction control and you're looking out the side windows... 'Rotary car' is a quote from Jeremy Clarkson on Top Gear:

I have a yellow one.
