Only 10 micromags?

If that's what you're saying... then no way.
I just bought a left over new one from PTP.
I also have an older blue one.

I'm quite sure there are more than 10 around... i have a unibody micro:

This is the unibody version, with non-removable barrel. I believe PTP started with these in 1995, and shortly after they came with cocker threaded bodies and kept producing the micro up till 2000. (correct me if im wrong)

Fixel he's talking about the "last of the micro bodies" that Forest from PTP found recently.
There were only a few.
I think if he wants an exact number then only he would know for sure.

There were only 10 of the cocker threaded feedneck micro bodies for sale. I don't know that there were never any others. I have seen pics of at least one that was sold before the last ten were recently released. I bought the last of the cocker threaded bodies though and it was the 10th one. Not numbered though.

I actually have the tenth one, it was laser engraved by PTP.

FiXeL, you should enter your micro into the MOTM classic division. It's very clean looking :headbang:

The gun in the picture is actually a mini micromag, it is slight smaller that a micromag. You cant attach a foregrip or remove the barrel. As far as the last ten micromags, they are tons of them out there, but most people are talking about the last 10 cocker threaded feedneck micromag 2000. PTP sold that last ten a few months ago when they were found in one of their machine shops.

want to re anno this, but im afraid it would lose its value of a PTP Micromag :( and i wont be able to see "Micromag" and "Pro-Team Products" that is on the trigger frame. :(

Fixel's right, it's just the first version of the micromag. While your description is correct in that you can't attach any sort of foregrip I don't believe they were called "mini micromags" at least not in any sort of official way, I've only seen them referred to as unibody micromags or some stupid ebay sellers calling them prototypes.

You're right, It was just one of those names that was thrown aroung I guess.

I've always liked the look of the Micromags, especially the unibody ones. I'd love to pick up one like Fixel's, but it's tough since they're real collector's items and I just want one to stick a 3.5oz and pocket hopper on and run around in the woods.

Fixel, that ano rocks. Is that factory or custom? And yes, that could take MOTM easily under the classic division. You should totally enter it. (especially during a month that I dont! :ninja: )

Hey hey hey, Here is mine:
http://www.freewebs.com/dawg047/unibodymicromag.htm

There were 10 of the last of the Micromag 2000's that had the cocker threaded feedneck that were recently sold after the initial runs of the Micromag 2000 series. So, it would be something out of 10. Now, as far a rarity goes, I would say for micromags, it would have to be the "Lightning Jack" which is 1 of 6 if not fewer, the "Goldrush" Micro's and I would have to say the Unibodies are pretty rare now. I bought mine from the guy that posted it in the MCB Micro thread so I have never seen one the same color. I have never seen one that is the same as Fixel's, and the only other 2 besides mine and Fixel's was a grey one on ebay and the olive one that floats around here every now and then. The one on Ebay did not have the original asa or I would have bought it. I have been looking. Right now, I am only looking for the "Lightning Jack", the "Goldrush" and other Unibody Micro's all of which of course are pretty rare. I am only intrerested in fully complet ones with all matching parts. The last 10 Micros are only 10 of that type but they are all over right now so I would not say they are rare yet. What is rare in that style is a 2000 with a different color besides black. I have been looking but it is so hard to find one not in black. I know someone just sold a blue splashed one on here not too long ago but I don't know where it went. :( Nice marker though heisman01, very very nice. As soon as the 10 bodies stop floating around and settle down, they will start to go up way more than they are now, especially if PTP does not release these new ones everybody wants them to release.

i own a goldrush micro muahhaha now im curious how much it i worth

mine has autococker threads..whats the big difference? are the auto threads more rare?
how do the other mags attach

Dawg047
05-20-2008, 12:44 PM
Sumthin-I would say If it has the matching barrel, Foregrip, Vert ASA, and bottom asa, with the body, and it had a Micromag valve it would be worth around $450 if not more. With just a regular valve, probably $400 or so. If it missing matching parts, the value of course is going to go down.

jr50hockey- All Micro's have Autococker threads for the barrels. We are reffering to Autococker threaded feednecks which the last 10 Micro 2000's PTP sold had. Regular mags have twistlock barrels (no threads).

My daughter has a MicroMag RT with the Jungle Nights anno.
It's a standard bolt-on powerfeed and 'Cocker threads on the stock barrel.
She got that for her 10th birthday, and She's 14 now....
It's in this pic (top left):

I have "blue nights" micro. Its missing the barrel, but it does have a matching drop forward which I haven't seen to often. I found my missing barrel and am having it shipped from brazil because he was planning on stripping re-annoing anyway. Ill post some pics soon.
