I'm fairly confident that tuna doesnot.
I'm also fairly confident that luke runs a manual mill.

Tuna sells Tunapacks.
I dont think that he offers the service of having yours milled.

I know I saw someone posting PTP style battery packs in the Dealers section. I cant remember if they did the milling or they are a bunch of old PTP batt packs.............and I'm too lazy to look right now :)
