Hey, I was looking around trying to get into the paintball business and I thought it would be really cool to customize my own gun. I would only be playing in the woods, so I dont really need a ReTro valve, but I love the look of the RT and RT Pro bodies (so pretty!). So my friend suggested buying a regular mag valve and an RT Pro body for cheap. Is this possible? Well you can post your ideas here how I could custom build a gun. As of now I have about $450 and I don't want to spill too over...We'll see. Thanks!

If you can buy RT pro bodies it wont accept a normal 68 valve, including ReTro. It will only accept RT valves.

The only way to combine the two would for you to some-how retro engineer the RT pro body.

You can put a regular valve in an RTPro body, but good luck finding one cheap! Your best bet would be to find someone who is thinking of upgrading to like a warp body (I am for one example) and offering to buy their original body.

Well then my friend, how much for your original body?

I think they go for around 100... I'm sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong.

So are you saying you'd sell me yours for $100?

I'm not 100% sure if I want to get rid of mine and get a warp body. If you're sure you want to buy mine for 100 I'll get back to you tomorrow.

they have "blimished" RT Chrome Bodies for sale at the AGD Online Store for $100. Of course with that, you have to cut the tail end of the body for the valve to fit...

silentx, he said he wnated to spend no more than 450. if he buys the rt for 450 he has to buy a nitro tank whcih will put him way over his mark. i would just pick up a used vlave and body in the calssifieds. hyou can usualy find some great deals in there.

Because thats not the kind of gun he wants(or he would have stated so, but he wants a mag with RT Pro looks), and hyperframes are hypercrap :D:D

Buy an RT Pro and put a Hyperframe on it later! LOL, and no Hyperframes are not crap.

I probably couldn't even afford a used RT Pro. I have like $430 or something....= ( Thought I could save money buy custom making...
