Where can you buy nitro tanks with no reg?

I am in need of a brand new 68/4500 carbon fiber tank for my new flatline that i just purchased. Where can you get them? I dont want a tank with a bunch of ugly graphics either.

I know smarts parts sells them but for the price I think you can get a complete tank for the price. I don't think manufacturers like luxfer actually sell to the public.

I just ordered a brand new tank and got my flatline 4500 from AGD yesterday.....yes it was expensive but i got a brand new flatline setup!!!!!!
