i too never knew they existed but have always thought that one of those would be great. i bought a mag set up off ebay and it came with one of those and they are very convenient.

They're located on page 2 of air fittings.

Compulsive has them in black. Cool. Gotta get some.

Paintball Discounters also has them. Only in nickel but $10 a pair.

Can anyone fill me in on Nylon Braid Hose?

They are very convenient and cool. However, keep in mind that they rely on a seal that is put under great stress when swiveling under pressure and once that seal goes, you need to replace the fitting.

I'd get a replacement for the tool box for each one you are planning on installing.

I tried the braided hose and didn't like it. Unless you use a quick disconnect they area pain to take off as opposed to the macro line.

PLus they can scratch your marker so getting a plastic cover for them is a plus.

I have seen too many of those fitting "pop" to feel safe with them. They are also usually aluminum and not brass. But then again, I am old school, I run all brass fitting and steel braided lines.

I cant believe they finally have black. They have had blue and clear for a long time but I have never seen black ones on Compulsive. Had to order a couple "just in case."
