Sorry if this doesnt belong here but does anyone know the difference between the centerflag hyperflow tank and the dynaflow? I might be buyin one off of ebay within the next 10 hours and I need to know if there's any difference(they are both adjustables btw). Thanks.

Dynaflow is an aluminium reg as opposed to stainless steel. So is much lighter. Dynaflow actually weighs the same as their preset regs....I weighed them.

And it has a built-in dove-tail mount. The Hyperflow needs a cradle to mount.

The guts and operation are similar.

Go with the Dynaflow if you can.

If its just the reg only, well you can buy a new Hyperflow direct from Centerflag for around $70 and a new Dynaflow for $125 from them. Reg only prices. Not including tank.

Well how much is a hyperflow reg, 68 45 tank, and a cradle worth?

$100 seems pretty good for reg, tank and cradle I think.

I bought a Dynaflow with a 68/45 tank for $225. Retail on a new one when I bought mine was 350 w/ a tank.

I believe centerflag is selling the regs(rebuilt) for 75.00 so if you have a tank you should think of it as an option.
