Cheating entry for Sept. MOTM?

My dad won a MOTM this year and I wanted to enter mine is it fair since he help me build them? is it cheating if I enter? Also which one should I enter. Let me know what you think:

It's not cheating if you enter your own Mag. Even says so in the rules. Regardless of who helped you build it, it's yours. I think its cool that you and your dad enjoy the same hobby together. You got my vote already :)

Do you know how many people here have killer 'Mags that were built using nothing but UPS and a credit card? Their only talent was to pick up the phone and tell someone else what kind of milling they want and what color to anodize the parts.
