some people dont like the way it drives and rides. it drives and rides like a truck not a car. its not the smothest ride arround. The gas is not bad i get 22 on the highway and 18 in town. I love it and probly will own one for a really long time. It has 16 inches of clearance and can go through 28 inches of water. I love the seats they are so comfortable. I love the haters out there i get more flack than praise for it. Hummers have such a bad name but i love it.

I'm a H1 fan, and I wasn't impressed by the H2. But those H3's seem pretty cool.
Nice truck BTW

does it have the I5 in it?
it needs some more aggressive tires on it now.
do you plan on using it for offroading?

Remember the Jeep Cherokee? Those things where tanks. Not alot of tech, and a solid rear axle gave them a bad rap. "They ride rough"...blah blah blah. I've seen Cherokees with 300-400,000 miles on them.
The H2's were a joke. The h3's look like they are actually pretty close to the Cherokee. What kind of engine? What kind suspension? Does it have a snorkel on the passenger side?

Im not a huge fan...but if you plan to off-road then thats cool. IFS or solid axle? Solid axle rear right?
Bornl33t
I think what you meant on the cherokees is they have a solid front axle vs IFS which reduces ride quality. Many vehicles come with Solid rear axles. yea?
16 inches really? what size tire you running?
Edit: google search turns up you have a leaf sprung solid axle rear, IFS, Vortec I5, 8.5 inches of clearance and ability to ford water at depths up to 24in going 5 mph and stock comes with p265/75's (31's) and possibly an electric locker in the rear.
double ninja edit: check out pirate4x4.com. They dont take to kindly to hummers but what tech they do have is good. You should enjoy.
oh noes triple edit: shouldnt have got me interested. so check out this link. http://pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=588443 these guys are pretty rugged. Deffiently some useful info if you want to increase your off-road-ability

Never a fan of the H3's, The I5 is just way under powered for the size of the vehicle.
Maxama: 265/75R16's are 32x10.50x16 tires.

It's pretty.
I've never been impressed with the (GM) Hummers. I've always seen them as a soccer mom mobile...
On road they're cumbersome and off it I don't think they have what it takes to be a serious off road machine.
But thats coming from a Jeep guy...I'm a little jaded.
