Did you coat it in something or is that just really dang shiny aluminum?!

Could you take a pic that's a little more zoomed out please? It looks awesome, I just want to see what it makes the marker look like all together.

Not yet , I'm still in proto type mode...

Thanks and some #'s for you. All i have is a grams scale but you'll get the point...
213.2 grams at stock weight
94.2 grams after milling… aroung 70% lighter. And thats alot for an RT Pro rail...

you
emag rail
mill it tac style
now!!

seriously though, that rail accents the tac body amazingly.but due to it being an rt pro rail the front doesnt look too hot.

i was wondering when someone would do something like this, only a matter of time i guess...

Thanks, I can prolly mill one for you.... :ninja: I'm looking for some rails to mill a few more.
Well i have one more rail i already cut, but like i said it was another rail that someone tried to ULE and kinda messed up. I started with cheap rails just in case i messed the up i didnt lose out. It will prolly be for sale once i get a chance to finish it...

Have to chime in....thats one sweet looking rail. Fits perfect with the Tac body.

if i remember my conversions right that is about 3.28 OZ left. isnt a logic rail around 7 oz??

nice job there, thats what i wanted to get done on the rail i have but the guy that i sent it to for ano said he couldnt mill out any (i think he didnt want to mill it out and it end up failing if i hit hard or something)

hmmm i might have to take out some weight on mine when me and my dad get our drill press stand built when i go back home for break.

Why does it matter... the rail is sandwiched in between the frame and body in two different places so the front provides very little in terms of structural support.

looks good as always...

Wish i could see those grips you made for me...
