So...I feel a little silly, but here's what I think the issue was. I dropped the shortened sear pin that comes with the 07 shadow rail down a sink drain so I replaced it with a standard sear pin. I'm thinking that I kept overtightening it, and it was either warping the rail a tad, or clamping down on the sear. The walls of the 07 shadow rail are very thin. Anyway, after loosening it up, it fires like a champ.

Full Auto, 15bps.

Thanks to everyone that offered tips and advice!

:) That'll be my next trick. Need to save the air that I have for my emago project. Pnuematics should be in the mail today.

Good job for figuring it out. Thanks for posting the results. It could help others with the same problem.

Thanks. It's always the little things and assuming that the problem is a moving part, and not the assembly.
