do the center feed twist lock barrels have a different setup then the right / left feed twist locks?

Yes. Simplest solution is to get a Doc's adapter and use cocker barrels. It's a virtual store with real time updates on stock.

Yes, there is a difference which I regret to say I found out after having bought a barrel for a CF when my marker is a RH.

Do you want it? It is I believe a J&J ceramic 14 inches long. No markings and like new.

how long does shipping from the doc take? i ordered one of the adapters almost 2 weeks ago and still nothing :(

One trick that I heard on Ao is to remove your twist lock pin and orings from your barrel. Then wrap the end of the barrel with electrical tape so to create a tight fit. I dont know if it works or if I left a step out, but it sounds good.
