retro valve and x valve

you guys know how the retro valve works and i been thinking, is the x valve just a retro valve with a lvl 10 super bolt? cause i know that its still reactive like the rretro valve but the only differnce it is alunamin and has a lvl 10 bolt. so heres my question, is the retro valve and the x valve similler? :confused:

There is a very simple answer to your question, this has been discussed many o times.
