Hey guys.

Has anyone else been waching Ken Burn's documentary "The War" on PBS?

It's been great so far!

The show highlights individual soldiers and what they did. It also shows the flip side of things, with interviews of people who were left in the U.S. like friends and relatives and what they went through. The narrators are really good and they read letters to and from the soldiers deployed. The show has tons of footage from battles and of the everyday lives of the soldiers. It's pretty intense at times, VERY graphic footage of battles, and they show the plans of the commanders and what the results were.

I highly recommend watching it if you're interested in what our fighting men went through during this period of time. It's a very well made documentary!
