Plenty. I plan on using a few on the emags I have laying around, I figured others might do the same.

I'm still working on pricing.

Will they work in a Hyperframe?

The chances they work on a hyper frame would be about zero.

So did you mirror the stock design? I think it would be great to have the IR element modular so the user could replace it individually instead of the whole board.

From marketing, it might be worth while to talk to Lorne and offer a reduced package deal for this plus the X-mod software (which is awesome at diagnosing whether the ACE is working among other things).

Good job though!

You are right. It will not on a hyperframe.

I tried to get it like that, so you could just use a new sensor. That is what breaks most of the time. That isn't going to be. I ended up using different components. The IR and Potentiometer, I am told, will stay in calibration longer than the stock ones.

will this work with a predator board? also i may be intrested in this for my emag if there not too expensive. who would we see about the milling for ule bodies and rails? also are these designed to work way better than the old ones? what caused the old ones to break so fast?

Taking prepayments?

I never liked the prepay deal. I didn't like another man having my money, in a way holding the item over my head as if he isn't in a hurry now that he has my cash.

I can put your name on a list as a "dibs" deal so you can be guaranteed a board before I run out. If

It connects to a molex conenction on your board, your emag lowers must be ULE styled so that there is enough room in them you also will need body and rail to be milled for it to work

BAZOOKA_Boy
10-30-2007, 02:31 AM
yea, they are ule'ed, and my rail is so milled out, I doubt you could take off any more metal inside of it and still have the thing work...so no worries there, and as for the body, looking at it, thats something I could do myself, afterall, I have enough experience doing things like this after building that osiris timmy cocker thing that shoots like a dream...

and as for connection type, I was implying is it an Eblade reflective eye, shocker, or something completely different...

reflective, ACE boards use this type of sensor LINK (http://www.newark.com/jsp/Optoelectronics,+Lamps+&+Displays/Optical+Sensors/Switches/OPTEK/OPB730/displayProduct.jsp?sku=08F2650), pretty much the same thing as an Eblade.

You are really working me man...
I just "tack" soldered it to the board for testing and then removed it. I'm not going to do it again, it's not my board, it's sold.
I can get some more close ups if you need.

I know.......I know.....A pain in your A** at the least. Now worries as far as on the gun. I was wondering. From the first pict you have on Page two of this thread it looks like the position that the ACE sensor that is on the board has a place to plug in the sensor as the original ACE was a tall column of wires and silicon to get to the bottom of the breech.
