View Full Version : msv-2 leaking on pneumag?

So I built a pneumag (I know... I know... pictures and vids will be coming soon. I'm not 100% done yet.)

Everything fits okay inside of the UMF, but when I push the MSV-2 lever, I can hear air escaping. There's no leak when I'm not pushing the lever. Then, when I just BARELY push the lever, the leak is pretty loud (but it still fires). If I push the lever the whole way in, the leak is barely audible, but it's still there.

Is this a normal part of how the valve functions?

If not, any ideas on how to fix it?
