Well i've got a new tac-one and recently i had installed an empire asa on to a cp lightning drop. Now don't get me wrong I am loving my setup at the moment but, do you think my noticeability in fps constancy will really jump. I've used a palmers on my a5 but i never seemed to notice the whole +/- 5 fps that i was promised, even when running hpa.

So help answer my question guys because i don't wanna spend money i don't have to.

you dont need to double/triple reg a mag.

you just gotta break in the x-valve, especially if its new.

I've broken in the xvalve i'm almost certain. I shot three tanks through it before sppl finals and then ran it all weekend with no chops whatsoever.

I assume the fps differences i had were just the shapes of the paintballs.

Thanks

Palmerize a Sheridan or a 'cocker... Don't bother Palmerizing a 'mag. What are you hoping to improve about your 'mag, anyway?

get a palmer barrel....they are some of the best.....but I think probably other than that your tac is fine.

After about 10 cases of paint it'll be broken in. As mentioned before, don't put a reg in the air path before the x valve. You'll just starve the valve for air.

The only reason for another regulator on a Mag, is to make it a PNEUmag...

or if you want to run CO2, the sideline stabilizer is sweet

Oh yeah, I forgot that they still made that stuff. It's pretty bad when the last time I owned a CO2 tank was more than 10 years ago.
