Alright guys.
I put this together in about 10 minutes and thought others may find it usefull.
Here is the finished product with 10 rnd tube inserted:

The first step is to find a milk carton with a pour spout:

The next step is to tear out the pour spout:

Next step you cut a hole into the top of your hopper. This can be done where ever you like. I chose the top to insure that I could add the maximum amount of balls.
The lid material is pretty thick. I ended up using a permanent pen to outline the milk pour spout and then using a cutting bit on my dremel.

Last step you push the pour spout through the hole and add a little glue.

Additionally you can add some sort of feed gate. One thing that is quick and easy is to cut a little slit in the side of the inserted pour spout and then jam a zip tie into it.
Also if you are worried about playing in the rain. Simply keep the top to the pour spout. If it starts to rain you can just screw it back on and play. :headbang:
Feel free to post up if you have any additional questions.
Good luck and happy hunting.
