Midi help . . .

I'm trying to find a good mp3 to .mid converter for a project I'm working on. More specifically, I'm trying to get ahold of the full score for Trans-Siberian Orchestra's A Mad Russian's Christmas so I can make an arrangement of it. If anyone has a good converter they can use to convert that song into a .mid file and send me, or can point me in the direction of a good program (preferably free), I would really appreciate it!
