From being the guy behind the camera, I can say yep, that's Tom.

Note the pose. He was laying hands on the E-Mag, giving it his blessing.

-Many people gatherd around one guy
-Seems to be blessing the guys Emag, only tom can do that
-THeres a guy in the background with no shirt on, who is obviously, no doubt, Rob. :)

Yes that is a prime example of why the Z grip was needed.

hmmm. does he have an alternate mask because when I go to country club it looks like the is waring a bigger yellow mask with the forehead protector. Has he ever got into trouble for waring that color because dont refs usually use that color?

Yea....im sure the owner of AGD gets yelled at by the refs all the time for not following the proper precautions. I doubt tom ever gets in trouble for anything he does while playing paintball...

he doesnt even need a mask. he probably has 3 or 4 armed dedicated mag users protecting him where ever he goes. just standing in front say'n "just try and shoot him"
