n2 Tank Question (?)

Ok I have a 68ci/3000psi CrossFire Fiberwrapped n2tank and I was wondering, with my current setup(see below), about how many shots i could get out of the tank before filling again with a full tank on average. Thanks, i know someone can help.

i have a 68/3000 carbon fiber wrapped nitroduck and i get about and i get close to 800 shots per fill
