The only gun that I see myself able to justify paying over 1000 US dollars for is the SFL or Extreme emag. I would never spend that much on any other gun because I don't feel I am getting my moneys worth. Just a thought. What do you people think?

Obviously, I agree with you. It is worth it.

I would agree with you bronx... The angel is only so expensive because of its popularity. WDP wanted to reap a lot of profit off of it. I feel that the angel is only worth around 800...

Bonx0007, I can agree with you. Although I feel other guns are worth $1000 + to me. Here are my thoughts & preferences:

I love Angels ... good stuff, and they have come down in price for the "normal" ones over the years. However, great deals on used Angels can be found. There are about 2 companies, if I wanted a new Angel, that I might spend big money on: Adrenalin & Cobra - mostly because of the lifetime warranty (not too fond of Dark Angels)

E-Mag ... absolutely ("Stock" E-Mag,SFL, etc ... ) I've got a CF E-Mag and, besides a chopping issue I'm working with, I'm enjoying every game with it. AGD makes some very good stuff.

However, my baby, is my Free Flow Autococker. I feel more comfortable with an autococker than anything else. I live 1.5 hours from Professional Paintball so I've got any help I want with it if I need it (which I've had zero problems with it) Easily worth the tax return last year to get it.

My Angel is backup, or a lender to who needs it. My E-Mag is basically my rec-ball gun - reliable & I want to share the workload between all the others. It's a simple gun to maintain. My Free Flow = tournaments or when others are using everything else :)

Well it's the only electro I'd pay that much for. I just don't like the other electros triggers, because of the micro switches. I would also pay that much for top end 'cockers(I'm probably getting a Revenge v2 in the next couple of months) And stuff from PPS, I've bought 3 1000+ markers from them.

If there was no SFL emag Id pay for an angel.
