when on gun, the fill nipple on my pure energy tank hit my wrist. is it possible to switch the fill nipple and the gauge? they both handle the unregulated air in the tank so i don't think it's a problem. just asking to be safe. i've already made sure that all air is out of the tank before working on it.

I had a similar problem, and I asked my local field owner this very question. He said it's perfectly safe to switch the gague and the fill nipple.

Now, unfortunately I never did so. I ended up changing my set-up slightly, and it resolved the issue. But you should be able to do it.

Hopefully someone else will post and say they've done it successfully so you know for sure. If not, I hope this helps.

Yes, the nipple goes straight into the tank with full pressure, as does the gauge (make sure its the right gauge if its adjustable, obviously). Just make sure its completely empty before fiddling.
