If AO were to go away what would happen to mags?

Do mags and parts go for the same prices used on other forums as they are found here for?

Are the aftermarket parts as easily available? Dealers well advertized?

I am just curious. Thanks

price goes up if people want things and there are less people or a common place to pick them up.

I agree with Tn, if people want something they will pay for it.

mags are of such great quality that the gun will run for forever. sure it's market price may fall because more people might be afriad to get into 1 buut there will always be the diehards. all parts on the mag that might break in the next 20 years are easily replaceable.

Mags wouldn't continue to be produced in large numbers if something happened to AO and AGD, but they would be like old cars in Cuba. A new cottage industry would sprout dedicated to creating parts for existing mags, so that you could even create a new mag from scratch, if you must.

Cuba has some of the best machinists and mechanics in the world, because due to trade restrictions, can't get new parts for their old cars, so they have learned to create their own for all the classics still on the road.
