What is the main difference between the xtreme and the SFL aren't both of them the same thing except that the SFL is Super Fu<k1ng light?

The main difference is just the cosmetic mods it has. The sfl comes with milling and custom anno standard while the extreme doesn't. Short and sweet explaination.
