leak on side?

ok i have a rt pro valve and it is on a pneumag.the valve is leaking out that little hole on the side of the valve.on the front half of the valve.can anyone help? :confused:

The only hole on the side of the valve that will leak air can be stopped by cleaning or replacing the regulator piston assembly oring.

it was trash in the spring pack.
