SO while AO was down I finished the mechanical part of one of my projects, and heres some pics:

So that is my one of a kind Dragun Empire Dragunfly, basically a EFocker, but a few major differences, like the valve which is more spyder style than cocker
so I started out by halfblocking and midgetizing, not good enough
so then I milled the body as thin as I could, by the way for all the machinests in the forum the chatter down the sides was intentional it adds a very scaly feel to the body, and cut a few notches and such
still not good enough, so I decided the whole firing arrangement need a redo, so I pulled the sear tipping solenoid, and all the hammer components (hammer, spring, sear, IVG..) and replaced it with a wrath solenoid and a custom made delrin spring return ram (FASOR)
so in need of a second LPR I got a tippmann ebolt asa with a built in LPR.
Now after a few hours of fine tuning three differnt preassure regulators, dwell settings, and return spring strengths Ive got it running 280 fps at about 185 psi

So the next step is a complete overhaul of the electronics, probably going ultra chipped Tboard with a bouncebeam eye, then it gets a few more cosmetic touches and off for an anno

Since this is AO heres a pic of it 69ing with my RT

Well, I'm not Smoothice but I must say that's pretty sick
I only wish I had the time (and the tools) to do these kinds of projects.

BTW, how is that Tippmann ASA working for you? Someone mentioned possibly using one for a Pneumag project but nothing ever surfaced. I found them again on eBay and was considering it for my pneu's but I hat not having the on/off feature... but I'm sure it would make my install nice and clean.

Anyway, more props for the project!

Thanks guys. Yeah Ive got quite a bit of time tied up in this one, and still more to come.

THe tippmann Asa was a cool find, Id had a dye airport on there with a 90deg elbow and a standard cocker lpr, but I didnt like the way it looked, and was concerned about banging it on the ground while diving. The Tippy asa has a 1/8th npt outlet on the non regulated side, and a 10/32 outlet on the regulated side so it made it real easy to run the lp lines into the handle. It would be real slick if it was mounted with a rail, but other than the 68 hardmounted on my mag, both my other tanks are 88s so I need a drop.
