Has anyone been able to contact Dennis (or anyone else) at Centerflag products. I've been trying for 3 weeks now and I haven't gotten any returns to e-mails or phone calls. I even talked to the local proshop that carries centerflag products and they do not have them in stock and have also had problems trying to contact Centerflag for parts.

I hope nothing happened to them, they have great ideas and the times I've used their products I've been very satisfied.

I want to get a 420 SV installed on a tank but I can't do that if I can't talk to anyone.

Last I heard a few months ago was that Centerflag was moving to Texas and haven't heard anything since.

O rly? Can you ask Kyle what the situation is? Did the shop close or is nobody just answering phones and e-mails?

Well I'm happy that I found a replacement o-ring for my Dynaflow on a 15 year old SL-68 valve body. No need for customer support!

You guys are lucky...

I placed an order for a 420SV valve back in september and I still haven't been able to get in touch with anybody.

what o-ring do you need?

the piston one is in a classic mag parts kit, the black one in the on off assembley is at homedepot or lowes. havent needed to replace any others.

I sent them an email about a week ago and got a response that day from Dennis.

I had problems too. About a month ago. 2 emails, 2 calls, each spaced out by 1 week. No response. I gave up :(
I like Dennis and always thought highly of Centerflag. They lost future business from me.

I spoke to Dennis about 2 months ago. He is out of the office often on business. Try Airsolider.com for the parts you need. If Have Blue doesnt have them me may be able to get them.

He's responded to my emails, usually the same day. I just emailed him about having an adjustable reg installed and his responses were quite prompt.

I found this on AirSoldier's site

9MAR08 - Unfortunately, it looks like CenterFlag Products may be no more - their website is down, their voicemail is full, and Dennis's home phone number is disconnected. If anyone has information on what's going on with CF, please drop me a line. Until I hear otherwise, I'll assume that CF is no more, and I'll be closing out all CF items that I have left:

It seems from that message I am forever out of my 88 dollars for the 420sv Regulator.
