Is it designed to be horizontal instead of verticle?

It's definitely rendered considering the real E-mag battery pack is squared off at the bottom and has 2 screws holding the whole battery pack together and theres no lines where the batterypack separates.

OK you all called my bluff. Thats waht I mean't by "Misdirection". What your eyes see and your ears hear you belive. I added in the hardwood floor and light comments to make it sound real. I made sure to get a real hardwood floor map with scratches and groves in it. I didn't looks ta a pic of a emag battery before hand so i didn't remeber how they look. NOW... i will soon post ANOTHER pic of waht seems to be an marker part in this thread.. and you ppl will ahve to examine it and guess weaather it is a real pic, or something I fabricated.

Actually the bottom face of the pack was less than .5 units from the floor, so really it wasn't floating.. the chamfered edges, or roundness, gave it that look.
