I just got my new J&J 2 piece barrel kit today so here are some pictures. They're only 150 bucks and seem pretty nice. I have the clearcoat Aluminum back. Nickle plated backs apparently just came back to J&J today. So far the barrels seem very nice. They are all Aluminum and very light. It comes with three bore sizes .688 .691 and .693. Without further ado, the pictures.

So far I only have two small complaints about it. Like all new Mag barrels it's pretty hard to get these into the marker, I think I might adjust the tension a little on the twist lock assembly to take care of that. Also, it would appear that I accidentally got a 14 inch kit when I ordered a 12. I'd assume that will be taken care of when I call them tomorrow.

I ordered mine direct from J&J by calling their factory at 330-567-2455. The kit cost me 150 plus 5 shipping and handling. They I payed by credit card and they shipped it out the same day.

Ok, techinically I haven't shot them yet, right now my Mainbody is in the middle of a trade. I'm playing this weekend so I'll give you a full report, however i have blown some paint through it and it matches common paints very nicely.

Hey potatoboy, I thought you were going to get the cp base barrel kit? what made you change your mind? is it any different from the cp kit? saving up for a barrel kit, and they're both the same price, and look like they're basically the same concept.

I decided to go with this one for two reasons. Additional tips are cheaper than the CP (I think J&J only wants 21 bucks for them with shipping) and I prfer the quality of J&J barrels over CP. The bore sizes included with the two kits are also slightly different.
