Well since I finished all the proto typing on the kit. I figured I would what do you think? Would you buy one?

Here are the pictures of the proto type. The parts are still raw and un cleaned up. So they may look a little rough in the pictures.

(Don't mind the nasty mag i used. It was put together from the parts bin.)

I will take one when you get around to selling them.
CCM does make the best pump kits no doubt.
This will be awesome on a mag !
(He posted on MCB it will be kits)

:D

Kits would include
Mounting plate (with guide rods of coarse)
Ccm Pump arm
Pump arm plate
cocking rod ( with a spare)
Wave spring
Bumper washer ( still working on getting these made)(but theres a second option i found that works)

Kits would cost $135 plus shipping

Milling Body and rail
$40 for the combo
$25 each for 1 or the other

Another option would be
Kit , milling(body and rail) and installation With testing. $190

A question was asked on MCB whether or not you would be able to use a vert asa or foregrip.
It would be nice to be able to use the hitman mod, but that needs a foregrip.
If not no biggie.
I'm in for the whole shebang.
I want the up and running option !
Now I have to sell something heheh....wheres my camera ?

Is it just me, or does this seem incredibly hard/impossible for a mag?

You can't have a autotrigger on a pumpmag because a pumpmag is not really a pump gun. its a semi with really bad bolt stick.

I hope you mean can't have. P mag is basicly still a semi with a spring to hinder it's re cocking. So a auto trigger would be impossible. But I'm sure if you wanted to you could do it. but it wouldn't be pretty or really with it for that matter.

It would need more wore then its worth. As you would also need something to retain the rod. As the rod don't stay in contact with anything at rest. And the rod pulls all the way out of the body.

Yes. The proto type has one. But you can't see it as i put it in the pump arm.

Plus you need one with a p-mag. Since not return the pump all the way and shotting is the main reason for broken pump rods.

Ok I'm working on them. Have about 6 Blocks ran off on the CNC so far. Had some down time on the machine due to the computer taking a carp. So i finally got it back up and having a go at running them off. So now i'm working on them. I need to order the Other parts need to make a complete kit and Get so more Aluminum and stainless . Since i don't have enough on hand.

I'll let you guys know how it's going.

First batch will be 13 kits and 2 bleme kits maybe. Since i buggered up 2 some home. I need to get the springs on order and the pump handles along with the washers. But the washers will need a 7 week lead time to get. But i have a way around them for the time being and will most likely ship out at a later date.

out of curiousity.

Knowing how a normal ccm kit works - the back block of a cocker keeps the pump handle from sliding off the pump rod.

How do you keep the pump handle from sliding off the pump rod on a pump mag?

there is a groove milled into the pump rod that holds onto a set screw to keep it in place.

This will change in the v2 kit as rainman mentioned somewhere.

That is the only option I could think of. Thanks for confirming it.

Do you know how it will be changed in the v2 kits? Or do you have a link for them?

Yeah, it's a warp left body. I'll use it with either a Q-Loader or a 10 round tube paralel to the body :headbang:
