Does anyone else have problems with Tunamart responding to their e-mails?

Yeah I have, but it's probably because they're going through maintenance. Tunaman always comes through though. So just be patient I guess.

Believe me, it's most likely because Tuna still has almost 100 markers stacked up that he is working on getting back out to people. Give him some time and you'll get a response.

You can also try a PM here on on pblegion to get a hold of him.

Yeah Tuna is as sound as a pound. He may take a while to reply to the old emails on the internets but he has a lot to contend with. Be patient with him; he'll come through.

No problems here. I ordered from them with excellent response. As a matter of fact I emailed Tuna today with a question and was answered with a swift response.

As stated, he's there doing his job. A great guy, just give him some slack and he'll come back to you.

He is a damn busy guy, so once you make contact leave him alone.

oh no!!!!

I just sent him my broken emag.

My 2 year old will be old enogh to play by the time I get it back.

hahhahahahahhaha

He has always come through for me the couple times we have done business.

If its been a few days since you sent him an email I would wait a few more then try again. Email is not as perfect of a communication tool as we all wish it to be. Fact is not all messages reach their recipient.

I see all orders and unless it isn't in stock you wont hear from me again until you get an email confirmation when it ships. If your paypal email address is not the one you regulary use then you wont see or hear anything from me. I am a few days behind again so please bear with me. Its coming. Email is better to contact me.

This statement implies you were, at some point, not behind. :p

If I might take the liberty of quoting Rogue...

If everyone hasnt noticed, dealers are becoming less able to respond to e-mails in a timely fashion...why? Simply because all these paintball operations are small operations. Some of them 1-man operations. Which means the owner can either respond to e-mails, or work. Doing one takes away from the other.

Then multiply that by 3 or 4 times. Since everyone usually e-mails, PM's, goes through eBay, AND posts about it on the forum.

So for what good it'll do, please please please stop asking if reputable AGD dealers are ignoring you. They just want to focus on getting you the stuff you ordered rather than sitting around and telling you that they don't have time to make/ship your stuff because they're busy answering emails. If you're that worried, just search and find the tons of other threads that say this same thing.

walleye, I'm not attacking you or anything, just expressing my wish that people would use the search and stop trying to hold one-man operations to the standards of a professional customer service department. Okay, rant done. Good to have that out of my system. :p

Tuna, do you sell fill station kits for the Shoebox? It seems like I recall you did but didn't see them on your website.
