Well my car died on me the other day, 2000 isuzu rodeo with 215,000 miles.. Time to die i guess. I was driving in to work and she just went away. I looked at a few cars and decided on the 2008 chevy impala. It will get great gas milage like 29 or more when i get her broke in. I drive 112 miles :wall:a day to work and back, at that rate i will have her broke in in no time..

here are some pics..

Nice Ghetto wheels bread. You gonna get the chrome package and get some boom to finish it off? Maybe some spinner wheels to match?

Oh, bet that sounds nice, somewhere along the lines of a blender on Frappe', maybe Liquify.

as for the grippin the grain it doesnt have the wheel in wood but does have a wood package thru out the inside...

well i guess in this day and time you can never keep a good thing.. Ive had this car now for about 3 or more weeks... Well 1 day before i had her for 2 weeks she was broken into.. Someone stuck a dam screw driver throough my door and popped my lock.. Dam chevy for you.. All they took was my gym bag and my new bluetooth. Well they found my bag but not the bluetooth. I drop her off monday to have the hole fixed. going to cost 1,000.00 for this little hole...

Loved that wheels! I'm a sound person too so I thougth I could suggest/recommend a sound system setup for you, since I've got it on my new Civic sedan and it's really absurd!! :headbang:

My sound system has:

- Alpine W205 double din DVD player
- Polk Audio, Momo Series speakers, being a 6.5" component kit (MMC6500) on the front and a 6.5" coaxial kit (MMC650) at the rear. These are Carbon Fiber speakers and even the coaxial kit has crossovers to divide the frequencies
- 1250W single channel DB Drive amplifier SPA-1250.1
- 1000W 4-channel DB Drive amplifier SPA-125.4 (4x 250w @ 2 ohms)
- Rockford Fosgate T212D2 power subwoofer 1000w RMS
- Monster Cable cabling

This sound system is amazing. It has real 2250W RMS and I had to install a second battery and special insulation on my car but, let me tell you, it's worth every penny. It took a week to get installed and they constructed a special box in the trunk to hold the subwoofer. You won't regret if getting any of those components I've mentioned.

By the way, I've bought most of this equipment at Crutchfield.com. They have a great service, fast delivery and some of the best prices I could find.

have you ever ridden in anything fast?

fast is a relative term.

I think the wheels are nice looking. a Little too big, but they still look old school. I rode in one of the newest impalas and it was slow as dirt. but for a family car not bad.
