I consider this exact Viking setup one of my "Dream Markers" ;) . Thanks to Thotograph, who let her go to a good home :D .

Beautiful. As much as I love my Mags, there is NOTHING that shoots like a Vike.

I really like the the quad trigger guard slotting, thats pretty slick.

how a viking works

step 1 air comes into the sidewinder at 800 or so psi,
step 2 the sidewinder reduces the air pressure to 200 psi
step 3 the air is split into two passages one in each of the lower tubes, the left hand tube houses the lpr which lowers the air pressure to roughly 65 psi and feeds the solinoid,
the right hand tube has your high preasure volume chamber, valve and hammer.

when you pull the trigger the solinoid gives the hammer a burst of air (@65 psi from the lpr )
the hammer (with bolt attached) comes forward hitting the valve, opening it and letting your 200 psi act on the ball.

basicly the reason for the two tubes is effiency

you can make a marker operate eficiantly two ways
#1 with a TON of pressure and a TINY bit of volume (rt valved mags :shooting: ) lvhp
#2 with a TON of volume at low pressure (aka VIKING :shooting: ) hvlp
