What barrel is this?

Hi,

Just bought a Mag on PBN and its coming with the oddest barrel I've seen.
I don't have the gun yet so I can't look for markings.

I thought that it had a SP splash kit, but it looks like the rail is milled below the valve.
I don't remember seeing this elsewhere. Custom?

It looks like a Smart Parts Venturi barrel that has had some custom milling done.
