Palmer's say YES to doing Twist lock barrels!

Okay, I went in to Palmer's today and talked to Lori. She said that they would need a minimum of 15 barrels sold to make this happen. So here are the prices. $60 for barrels up to 12 inches with Black powder coated or plain brass + $30 if you want it nickeled and $14 for shipping. All you have to do is Email Palmer's or call them and ask for Lori and she will take your info and put you on a list. When they get 15 sold they will call you back and ask for payment. She said you can Pay-Pal, pay with a card or an MO. So please when you call or email them also list here how many you put in for so we can know if this will happen. Do we get to select the bore size? I guess that I'll have to call and find out. I find it funny that the special order is actually cheaper than the regular autococker brass barrel that they have. The AC brass with black powder coat is $65.

I am not sure. I forgot to ask. I just called them and Lori had went home for the day. I'll try to call her tomarrow. On their web page single spiral is +$45 and Dual is +$65 I'd imagine it would be the same price.

I gave them a barrel with a universal "T" grove for the left and right feed. i dont know if we can also use that for a center feed. I am sure if you have a center feed barrel or body and sent it in that would help them alot.

Talked to Lori Thur, or Fri. she said the are almost completd the machining. since mine are brass unported, should be this week. If they are ported, nickel plated or black will take more time.

I made around 40 blanks.. The machine is still setup, so NOW is the time to order. By May 16th the machine will be running another job. After the 16th some 14" blanks will be in stock. We can cut them down or vent them as orders require.

Why not the eliptical bore? That's like a turbo in the barrel.
