There's been quite a good amount of buzz about pistols lately, so it's not surprising that there might be a few who want to build one of their own from the spare mag parts they own. With that in mind, I present (hopefully) all the information you would need to build yourself a Mag pistol.

To start, you need the basic parts required to assemble a full mag.
This means you need:
A valve:
If you plan on running this using HPA, get yourself a nice X-valve. The majority of people, however, will probably attempt to run on 12grams or 3.5oz, which means a Classic valve of some sort. Minimag, Classic , Micromag, they'll all do the job.
A body
Again, almost purely preference. Barrel choices are pretty much the X-factor in choosing specific bodies. Get what you want.
A rail
Cosmetic designs aside, you have your choice of Emag/RT length rails, and Classic length rails. They have different limits on placement of the ASA, and the type of rail will determine the sear assembly.
A trigger frame
Any will do. Perhaps you want a carbon fiber AGD slider, or a Dye single. Maybe you want a UMF or Triton. It's all up to you. They may or may not have their own restrictions (for example, UMF does not allow use of the Classic ASA hole)
An ASA
Where you plan on plugging in your 12gram or bottle. Depending on what you plan on using as a source, this is where you can get creative. Here's a few of the places you can plug in...
Standard position, standard.

Another neat idea you can do is to take an RT rail that uses the front metal shroud to attach a foregrip, and stick a duckbill ASA on the inside of it instead. Look below at noxx55's beast for a good look at what I'm talking about.
An air source
You have 3 choices; HPA, c02 bottle, and c02 12grams. stick it on there, plug in, and play
A feed source
This is another creative area for Pistoleros. $.50 plumbing elbows work wonders. Noxx55 offers custom SC feeds. AM Illusions come with Angel threaded SC feeds for ULE users. Luke is designing a SC body. Drill and tap a screw hole for Phantom SC feeds. The list goes on and on...

Will add pictures shortly, and appreciate feedback from others out there. Also, if you have a Magpistol, feel free to send me a pic so that I can include it with the others.
