I had some tough competition and honestly didn't think I had a chance of winning.

I'm one of those people who never wins anything. And I would like to thank those members who I purchased parts from to complete my Mag. :clap:

Yours won because it has clean lines and the wood and polished brass really set it apart. The only thing I would do is polish the visible parts of the fittings with some brasso.

Um, have any other MOTM contest winners received their prizes?

It's now the beginning of April and I still haven't received anything for winning the JANUARY contest.

I've PM'd the people responsible for the contest, and was told my prizes would be shipped. What's the deal? :confused:

Yes, you did reply to my PM quickly, but that's not the point of this.

Actually, it would be useless for me to contact the post office. I don't have a tracking number, I don't know when it was shipped, and I don't know where it was shipped from. So what exactly do I say when I contact the PO? Usually it's the shipper's responsibility to get insurance and tracking information.

I realize it is a FREE prize. But, it's been more than a month and I haven't received anything.
