He must have failed a saving throw.

Oh so sad........ I used to work at my college turning on and off the sprinklers and would always soak these losers playing with their swords all dressed up :spit_take Sad to see the guy died but no great loss to society.

Actually, it IS a loss to society. This guy was responsible for creating a pretty big thing. things influenced by DnD are everywhere.

yeah I know, that was my point, and why I said no great loss. I know for some of you D&D is a way of life and are prob putting on your costume as we speak, but he wasn't a Kennedy for crying out loud. Again, sucks the guy died.

DnD is a board game, genius. You're thinking of larpers, which is hilarious. Not every person that plays DnD is a 40 year old guy in their mother's basement... never played it myself, but I know people who have. it's just like paintball, do you know how many people ignorant to the game picture you running around a forest in face paint when you tell them you play?

heaven forbid a bunch of people should dress up in weird clothes and run around the woods pretending to kill each other. :ninja:

Yeah, it was sad hearing about it last week. I remember looking through all the D&D books admiring all his drawings and the kind of things he came up with. Although I played for a little bit, I wasn't as hardcore as many...but his legacy lives on not only on pen and paper, but with every role playing video game out there.

I have played D&D in my time, as well as battle tech and so forth. I know what it is. Have you never been to college? I knew guys in College that would dress up and PLAY D&D, but thanks for your input. :tard:
