I am looking at getting a pistol/sidearm for use in scenario games. I know about the Overlord and the Sydarm. Any other options available that aren't too big or heavy?

I know most people are sick of hearing it, but I would recommend a tac/tag 8 pistol. Seriously, it just works, and it's actually reliable. Some complain about the grip being big, but honestly, I have skinny hands and I didnt have a complaint about it. I mean, if you don't want it because they're as popular as Tippmann guns now, you can try to find a Palmer's pistol. XD good luck though.

there is always the warsensor zeus. they use 12 grams but u can get a ca adapter for it. also u can get a hopper adapter and other parts. i found that my zeus with 12 grams got about 15-20 shots per 12 gram. if u shoot it faster u get less. as for size they r pretty big imo. but i think its the same size as the overlord. i would say the zeus it alittle smaller then a tippmann 98 without the barrel. the base zeus u can not remove the barrel but the G2 has a removable barrel.

Dont do the Overlord, get the ACP2.0 instead. Same basics, but it is lighter, and the mag is A LOT easier to switch on the fly. I have one and i love it.

DO NOT get a delta 68
me and a teammate picked 2 of these up, because they look cool, and almost everytime either of them gets a new 12 gram in it, it breaks the piercer on the front of the valve
apparently this isnt just a problem with ours, psychoballistics was excellent about sending replacement piercers, but they broke just the same
I drilled out the piercer area and tapped it 1/8 NPT and run a bottomline now, so its not much of a pistol anymore

Why does no one recommend the PGP anymore? Great little markers, under $100, durable, reliable... Only thing is it's not a semi, but you're probably not going to be hosing paint with your pistol anyway. Also, you can use them just fine stock or mod 'em to your liking.

the zeuse pistols are the only semi auto ones ive had personal experience with (nice, pretty good) but if i was dropping the cash i would get the tac/tag 8.

for any pistol though that is tough, i may be drawn to a nice pgp (pre 2k) but the tac 8 is still in the running

I'll be carrying the 007 as a sidearm. So oldskool that it's older than some of the players. :D
