so what i did was clamp the rod in a vise and heat up the part i was going to bend so i wouldnt snap it.
then i used a cut off wheel to make the groves for the on/off to slide on.
then i drilled out the holes above the on/off and taped them to 8-32 so i could used 2 set screws to keep the on/off from slidding.
then drill out the hole to mount it to the gun.
i just need to paint it gloss black to match.

the steel rod was $4.99 at local ACE store and the on/off was $30 from actionvilage.com, but you could use what ever you want. it took about 2 hours. also that was $4.99 for a 4' rod and i used about 1.5 feet so you could get 2 out of it or get a shorter one.

Can I see a pic of you with this setup in shooting position? I mean, if I was using it, the mag would be so high it would be over my head, I wouldn't be able to have a good sight and my arm's would be hurting like hell...

Oh, ok... Now I see it... You just hold the gun differently, pressing the tank against your chest... Not so bad in fact but I wouldn't be able to play speedball (which is what I play mostly here).

Anyway, I liked how you made it alone. And I liked the posters you have even better

Thanks!
