Why is the time on the "server" off by 20 mins?

mine is off by a few hours...says i posted this at 3:21 its 5:40!

Well the two hour difference is probably due to not having you options in CP set to the right time zone.

the 19 minute difference is weird.

server is probably in india. they have fractional time zones out there.
