I recently just bought an Automag classic and was looking to add an expansion chamber. I just wanted to know what parts i would need to purchase and if anyone had any recommendations of a particular brand. Thanks for the help in advance!

The only time you are gonna need an expansion chamber is if you are using co2. All you need is a vert asa and the expansion chamber. also make sure you use steel braided hose.

You can usually find expansion chambers for sale in the BST forums here. I'm not sure where to find them new.

Palmer's stabilizers are the best by far (but also the most expensive... they cost around $60-$80). After that.... it's anyone's game.

Edit: KCs-RTule has probably everything you need. Check out his sale thread.

Thanks for the previous advice but i've got another problem....

...This might be a really dumb question but its the first time i've modded my Automag at all....i received my vertical ASA and expansion chamber but was wondering how in the world do I mount the ASA to my Automag Classic? There seems to be a threaded hole at the top of the ASA where a screw would go in but I'm not sure how this works in conjuction with my Mag body. Please let me know if you can help. Thanks in advance.

I think it takes a 1/4-20 screw.

Take off the body, attach ASA to the rail, put body back on rail, done.
