PBG and sudden fallen prices

anyone checked their prices on Angels lately? they have gone way down. They have 2k1 LCDs for 950, 2k2 LCDs for 999 and C&Cs for 1100. had WDP droped the prices on em or is just PBG flushing out the rest of the competition?

//edit: Holy smokes, check out the prices for the IR3 Angels only 1499 and C&C is only 1599!

What's really cool about PBGear is that my friend's dad works nextdoor to their Warehouse, and when I order stuff, no shipping cost, he just picks it up for me :) (Oh, and for any of you that live near PBgear they're putting in a Store-Front YAY!)

thats a 2k1 with the butter knife milling
so that is a typo

actaully now that i look at all of them
everyone of them except the purple one is a 2k1

i would just say their site is wrong, they have the wrong pictures with what the title says

maybe they are just havin a sale?
clearing out all their left over 2k1's

I wouldn't hold your breath as far as the storefront goes. They've had the display cases and such for several months, sitting there empty.

You are basicly right, but the purple one is a 2k1 also. WDP never released a 2K2 angel, or at least haven't to this point. The purple angel is just the latest milling for the 2k1's. It's like with the BM2K's just because they change the milling it doesn't change the model name. If you look at WDP's site, they have angels with the same milling as that purple one listed as 2k1's, and if you can't beleve them who can you beleve?

But I would assume that they are clearing out the 2k1's, to make room for the IR3's. I haven't seen the official word from WDP on any where, but I wouldn't be suprised if the LCD's are being fased out just like the LED's where, so I wouldn't be suprised if there is no official 2K2 angels, even thought they are angels that will be made this year.

Did that make any sense?

I buy from PBG all the time and pick up my orders. They have had the empty display cases in their store front for a long time now. Don't hold your breath ;)

naw, these prices are staying, because of the new IR3s. It's like when the LCDs came out, the LED prices fell, IR3s are teh 3rd generation of Angels, hence the 3.

I used to work at paintballgear.com, theyve had those display cases since early may of last year......they are actually going to be taking some of them down i hear.....

no they dropped the prices of all the lcd's for the ir3, and maybe , just maybe! they realized there stuff is too expensive.. ir3 is 4 me though :) 1450 - 850=$600 FOR AN ANGEL!
