People always say like "this valve has 2 stars". What are the stars for? I know that more is better but what is their purpose?

So my valve still has 4 stars. Should I send it in even though nothing is wrong?

Saying go "Don't try fix it if it ain't broken"
Sometimes it's good to fix it yourself, It helps you get to know more about your Mag.
More you know, more you love it. If you can't do it, then sent it to Tunaman or AGD.
