$55 reg fee. I havn't heard too many details yet this year. last year was a blast. Over 1000 people attended. You pick your side in advance, either VC or USA. You set up camp friday night and game time was around 0800 Sat till about 2200. Sunday went from 0800-1400. They had booby traps, Tanks, civilians, Spy's. It was my first scenario and I had a blast! This years date is Jun7-8.

Last year was a damn disgrace. I know plenty of players say they enjoyed the 07 game at Cross Keys but it was a total abortion.

The 06 game was at USANA, and now they moved back there for 08. Pyro was talking of buying USANA but someone swooped in and out bid them. Apparently they have some sort of 'working relationship' with the new owners, so they are still having the 08 event at USANA much to my (and my teams) delight.

We are watching the thread on PBN, but we will be showing up this year anyhow. I figure 'stuff' happens and am hopefully the return to USANA can only be a good thing.

I was not at the 06 game so I have nothing to compare. But being my first scenario game I enjoyed Nam07. It was damn hot though.

Were small time. Last year we were Team Alaska. This were were FatalxTactics. Theres only about 7 of us and were going with VC again this year. It's a perfect man weekend with no wifes or kids, just war and camping out with the fellas. :cheers: Oh yeah last year on the way to the U.S. base we were battling the heat in that open field littered with logs in direct sunlight. Not a fun time. My 96oz bladder kept me and 3 of my teammates from falling out.

Well game is finally over and VC was victorious once again :headbang: ! It was a damn good game even though the good lord had the climate set to hell :mad: 103+ on Saturday. The game was paused for a short while to let the heat calm then resumed from 1900-2300. Everyone played like warriors and made for an excellent and memorable experience. Oh and this was my Tac's first weekend scenario game. Her performance was flawless.

We the VC were victorious again! 13th Legionnaires were rocking all weekend, and as a Team we were awarded by the US General, the Most Formidable Opponent/Team on the VC side :D

Had lots of fun in the 100*+ temps, tons of battles, and was an overall great game.

NJNam was a blast. Had a great time rolling with Philly, the 13th, and all the other teams that made up the VC this year!!!

I think the hottest day at last years event can't even compare to how hot it was Saturday. I threw back a 30 pack with 2 of my comrades and realized the next morning I made a big mistake. I had about 3 hours to recover and push as much water as I could before game-on. I survived the Saturday game pretty well, but I sure could have used a line with a couple bags of saline.

The final battle was the only time I couldn't play. just too physically exhausted and needed to re-hydrated as Sunday was my harder day of playing.

At least I knew enough to stay out the last battle. I was starting to cramp up. A quick nap, extra fluids, and some lunch, and I was feeling better by the awards ceremony.

The Red Raiders had a blast with PhillyPB and all ERSA friends, ZDF, 13th L, and everyone.

Wiping out Cambondia was sweet!!! :shooting: No missions, no points, just good old payback!!!
