I just read in an old post on here that ULE and LV10 shims are different. If this is the case then I have my shims all mixed in eachother. How would I be able to identify LV10 shims from ULE shims. Thanks
ult shims are .005, LVX shims are .010
it might be hard to tell the difference with the naked eye

should I throw my shims out and order new ones? I know that my LV10 and ULE shims are mixed. I had no idea that they were different. :tard:

I wouldn't worry, it just means you might not be as precise with your ULT or you'll be more so with your level 10.

Also, if you already have shims in your ULT and your level 10, you can take them out to see if you can see a difference, and if you can match shims up with each so that you don't mix em up again.

I can't tell the difference. All the shims look completely identical. As long as It doesn't adversely affect performance It should be ok right?
